Women's Divorce Support Group (Online and In-Person)

This divorce support group is for women who are thinking about ending their relationship, going through a divorce, or newly divorced. It will help you process your heightened emotions, gain insight, learn helpful tools to help you get through this difficult time, and begin this next chapter of your life.

Each week we will address common issues that women face during this process such as grief, loss, confusion, fear, loneliness, isolation, parenting, managing change, and moving forward to a positive future.

This is a welcoming, confidential group where women can come together to share experiences, motivation, encouragement, and support.

There are two groups. The first, listed here is on Zoom. The second is an in-person group. For this, I am creating a list. If you'd like to know more, feel free to reach out.
