Divorce Recovery Workshop

You don't have to go through divorce alone. Don't suffer alone!

Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they've ever faced. It's a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about issues you've never encountered.

Join the Divorce Recovery Workshop this fall.  You will become part of a supportive and healing community for women who are going/have gone through a relationship breakdown or have recently been through a divorce. Our workshop, spread over 10 weeks, is designed to help you navigate through the various stages of recovery. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect of healing, using a combination of group discussions, individual exercises, and expert-led sessions.

Whether you are struggling with feelings of grief, anger, or confusion, we are here to walk with you toward healing and growth.   Our 10-week workshop utilizes Tracie Miles' book "Living Unbroken."   During the workshop, we will use real-life stories, encouraging biblical truths, and practical ideas to help you:

• Learn how to rebuild self-confidence, battle loneliness, and restore happiness
• Recognize the stages of grief and learn how to walk through them
• Glean practical encouragement for trusting in God's financial provision
• Discover ideas for embracing the next chapter of life with optimism

Our goal is to help you realize the end of your marriage is not the end of you. You can still love, enjoy, and thrive in the life you are in, even if it's not the life you once imagined. Remember, there is a bright future ahead.
