Discover Line Dancing - Sept. 12 - Online

Join AARP Virginia and licensed line dance instructor Rhonda Dickson for an evening of dance fitness the second Thursday of every month from September through December. Discover the fun of line dancing -- everyone performs the same set of dance steps individually together with a group -- and get your heart rate up to the music!

Line dancing fosters physical fitness and serves as a powerful means of self-expression and connection within a supportive community. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
