Olympia Beer Festival

Come and celebrate Olympia's exceptional brewing heritage at the 9th Annual Thurston Chamber Foundation's Brew Fest 2021.

You are invited to attend and/or volunteer at our 9th Annual, Thurston Chamber Foundation, Olympia Brew Fest on Saturday, August 7, 2021, from 1:00 to 7:00pm.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door, designated drivers only $5 and get all the root beer and water they can drink.

Olympia Brew Fest is a Summer beer festival at the Port Plaza in Olympia. It highlights 30+ handpicked, Northwest breweries and a variety of 60 different beers.

• Every attendee (even designated drivers) must be 21+ years old with ID, at all times.
• The venue does not allow pets, except service animals, of course.

Attendees will receive a Souvenir Mug and Taste Card with up to 6 FREE tastes, choosing from 30+ handpicked, Northwest Breweries. Additional Taste Cards are available at the event.

Between our exciting sponsor booths, who will provide giveaways and fun promos, to our delicious food vendors and our amazing live musical entertainment, this will be an afternoon in 2021, you don't want to miss! See you there!

Register to Volunteer: All Volunteers MUST be at least of 21 years of age and bring current and valid ID to the event. Volunteers will receive an Official Olympia Brew Fest T-Shirt, and Free Admission to Brew Fest AFTER your shift (Cannot wear your Volunteer Shirt). *Shift 3 (Only) Volunteers will receive a $25 Gift Certificate to a local Brewery, following your shift. 

SET-UP SHIFT: - 8:30 - 12:00pm 

SHIFT 1: 12:30 - 3:00pm

SHIFT 2: 2:30 - 5:00pm

*SHIFT 3: 5:00 - 7:00pm

We have Volunteer Opportunities for Tables/Chair/Sign Set-Up, help us prep this big event. Garbage and Ice Patrol, help clean up garbage and refill ice. Registration, help check identification and guests. Dock Bouncer, make sure the Dock is only used for our event, and no one under the age of 21 is on the Dock at any time, etc. Beer Vendor Assistant, help pour beer samples for guests during the event. Beer Vendor Assistant's are personally responsible and accountable for serving beer - you over serve, you get the fine!  

Proceeds from the festival benefit the Thurston County Chamber Foundation, Small Business Development (Incubator) Program. Come and celebrate Olympia’s exceptional brewing heritage!
