A custardy pocket of crunchy salted peanut butter and concord grape jelly with sweet cream creme anglaise

Tofu Katso Sando
Thin, crispy breaded tofu cutlets sandwiched between classic milk bread with snappy dressed cabbage, kewpie mayo, and a schmear of Bull-Dog sauce

Jammy tomatoes, caramelized garlic, and goat cheese on sourdough
