Bristol Bay Salmon Week in Seattle

From Nov.18 to Nov. 23, 50 of Seattle's top restaurants are partnering with Bristol Bay Salmon Regional Seafood Development Association (BBRSDA) to showcase the nutritious, sustainably sourced sockeye of Bristol Bay through a variety of unique dishes.
